Mantelpiece including a clock, the round dial featuring Arabic numerals for the hours, set in a green onyx base with a doucine decorated with tiger heads in a cartouche and foliage motifs in applique, it rests on four bronze cambered feet. It is surmounted by a bronze signed Louis Moreau featuring a young woman twirling accompanied by a cherub, it bears a cartel inscribed "Nuit d'été par Louis Moreau (salon 1894)". And a pair of brass girandoles adorned with pendants, the round green onyx base with doucine adorned with lions' heads in a cartouche and applique foliage motifs supporting the two-part crystal shaft from which three scrolled arms of light rise.
