We remind you that the lots are kept free of charge for 10 days from the Monday following the sale. After this period, you will be charged 10 euros per day of storage unless a transport is in progress according to your instructions and if the consignment note is paid in full at the end of this period. We thank you for taking the necessary steps to contact us to organize the recovery of your lots as soon as possible.

Special conditions for the purchase of weapons of category C subject to declaration, and of category D 1° subject to registration.

For the purchase of weapons of categories C and D paragraph 1, an identity document is required, moreover according to the decree of July 30, 2013: a valid hunting license of the year or a valid shooting license.

Article 43 of the decree of 30 July 2013

The acquisition by adults of weapons and their components of category C and 1° of category D is subject to the presentation of a hunting license issued in France or abroad or any other document in lieu of a foreign hunting license, accompanied by a validation title of the current year or a valid shooting license.

For the acquisition of a weapon of category C and 1° of category D, the presentation of one of the titles provided for in the previous paragraph replaces the production of the medical certificate provided for in Article L.312-6 of the Code of Internal Security.

Article 44 of the decree of 30 July 2013

When it is done with a view to transferring to another European Union member state or exporting to a third country, the acquisition of weapons, ammunition and their components from 1°, 2°, 3° and 8° of category C is not subject to the presentation to the seller of a hunting licence issued in France or abroad or of one of the documents provided for in Article L.423-21 of the Environmental Code.

This acquisition is subject to the presentation of the export authorization when it is due. The acquisition of weapons of the 3rd of the category C, as well as the acquisition of weapons and ammunition of the 2nd of the category D is not subordinated to the presentation of one of the titles envisaged in the first paragraph.

If it is made by an association approved for the practice of sporting shooting or by a fairground shooting operator, the acquisition of weapons, ammunition or their components of category C is not subject to the presentation of a hunting licence issued in France or abroad or one of the titles provided for in Article L.423-21 of the Environmental Code.

As they are second-hand weapons, hunting and shooting weapons are sold as they are, particularly with regard to the mechanisms, without any guarantee from the study or the expert. We invite the purchasers to have the weapons revised before any use.
