Comtoise in molded and carved natural wood, with a front opening in the middle section through a leaf centered on a scrolled medallion darkened by a pane of glass in a foliate frame. The upper section features a second glazed leaf revealing a round dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, embellished with fillets around the perimeter in a frame of foliate buttons, flowers and friezes of stylized pearls in the four spandrels. The pediment is decorated with a plate with a radiating motif centered with the words "Herbek Adourlers 1811" and flanked by two medallions featuring a portrait of a man and a woman, topped with knotted ribbons. Moving hands. Surmounted by a gendarme-cap cornice. 19th century. (scratches, cracks, damp wood, no guarantee of function). Height 242.5 - Width 45 cm - Depth 26 cm
