Note: The Dagrand company, established in Bordeaux in 1872, produced numerous stained-glass windows for religious buildings in France and Europe, notably in Rome, and even in South America. Gustave-Pierre Dagrand, a founding member of the Cercle Ozanam with certain clerical views, was awarded the Saint Sylvester cross by Leon XIII. His first workshop was in Bayonne, before opening a second in Bordeaux around 1873-1874.
