BORDEAUX - Jules Vieillard & Cie Manufacture of Fountain, its cover and its basin out of earthenware in blue and brown monochrome, it presents a scene appearing three women at the edge of a source, the decoration flanked by column with crossed ribbons, the sides raising two heads of tigers, surmounted by a cover with decoration of geometrical reasons and interlacing and capped with a fretel simulating a tulip. The whole is underlined by an eagle head, the tap in the prolongation of the spout. The basin with two lateral holds in head of fauns with decoration of swans and ducks in a lacustrian environment. End of the 19th century (accident and an important restoration) Basin - Height. 10 cm - Width : 47,5 cm - Depth : 24,5 cm Fountain - Height. 60 cm - Width : 31 cm - Depth : 28 cm (with the tap) It rests on a support of natural wood, it presents in its lower part a plate of moved form underlined by a case with flap assembled on hinges.
