LA ROCHELLE, 2nd half of the XVIIIth century Couple of lion and lioness forming a pendant, in earthenware with polychrome enamel decoration. The animals, lying down, carry between their front legs a coat of arms of rocaille form, with the inscription I.D.P. for both. Piece having appeared in the exhibition of the Bernard D'Agesci Museum - Niort from 03 to 15 November 2009 Old label of Doctor Latier (chips, enamel jumps and a big chip on one of the two bases) Dim.
