Art deco secretary, French work circa 1930. Important secretary with quadrangular body veneered in front of a checkerboard of oak wood marquetry. It opens in the central part by a lockable flap (original key supplied) forming a blue-stained crocodile skin shelf and reveals a fruitwood secretary with two shelves and four drawers in the lower part. The cabinet topped with a thick black marble plate opens in the upper part by a drawer and in the lower part by three drawers with cylindrical chromed metal sockets arranged horizontally.
