REMINGTON Frederic Sackrider (1861-1909), after The Broncho Buster Reproduction in bronze with brown patina Circa 1988 - Published by The Frederic Remington Art Museum Marked "copyright by Frederic Remington" on the terrace - bears a label on the reverse (small traces of white paint with hooves) Top. Note: The artist is an American painter, draftsman and sculptor specializing in the description of the American West (American Landscape) and linked to the modernist current of American realism. He travelled to the Russian Empire in 18922 to admire the bronzes of Lanceray, from which he had discovered works exhibited in Philadelphia in 18762, and was inspired by them for his series Bronco Buster (broncho tamer).
