Tickets are sent out on the day of the sale. Please contact us if you do not receive it in your mailbox or in your spam folder.
We can also provide you with a quotation for your shipments in France and abroad. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a quotation beforehand. We respond to all requests arriving 72 hours before the closing date.
Please note that wines are to be collected from our office at 86 cours Victor Hugo 33000 BORDEAUX.

Concerning the sale of old vintages, we remind you that we do not guarantee the drinkability of the wines.
We remind you that lots are kept free of charge for 10 days from the Monday following the sale. Once this period has elapsed, you will be invoiced 10 euros/days for storage, unless transport has been arranged in accordance with your instructions and the consignment note has been paid in full by the end of this period. We would be grateful if you could contact us to arrange the collection of your lots as soon as possible.
